Howie Morgan presents Rodriguez Unplugged
Rodriguez Unplugged is a powerful live show tracing the unlikely rise of Sixto Rodriguez—the voice of a generation that didn’t know he was theirs.
While his albums Cold Fact (1970) and Coming From Reality (1971) went largely unnoticed in the US, his poetic songs became anthems in South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand—outselling The Beatles and Elvis. Yet, Rodriguez lived a quiet, humble life, entirely unaware of his global fame.
The Rodriguez Story brings his extraordinary journey to the stage through a live band. Experience the magic of Sugar Man, I Wonder, Inner City Blues, I Think of You, and more—performed with passion and authenticity.
