"Reminiscing"
The Hits of Little River Band and Farnham
On Saturday 9 January, Duke of George will host “Reminiscing”, a dynamic tribute celebrating the iconic hits of Little River Band and John Farnham. This exciting Perth-based classic rock act features seven seasoned musicians who faithfully recreate the signature arrangements that helped shape both artists into Australian and international music legends.
Little River Band remains the only Australian group to achieve Top 10 hits in the United States every year from 1978 to 1982, with more than thirty million records sold worldwide. Audiences can expect favourites such as Playing to Win, Cool Change, Reminiscing, Shut Down Turn Off, Curiosity Killed the Cat, Home on a Monday, and Lonesome Loser, among many others.
The night will close with a powerful tribute to “The Voice” himself, John Farnham. Timeless anthems including You’re the Voice, Chain Reaction, Help and Age of Reason, will showcase why Farnham remains one of Australia’s most beloved and enduring performers.
